Menu Mattai

 WAKAME UMAMI BROCCOLI
Wok-fried warm salad of wakame, broccoli, tomato and chili. Topped with peanuts and Japanese mayonnaise.

SALMON SASHIMI

Salmon sashimi with warm garlic ponzu, roasted onion, Japanese mayonnaise, flying fish roe and fresh herbs. 

 BEEF TARTARE
Seasoned with soy and garlic, served with shiso leaf and Japanese mayonnaise.

CHICKENKATSU PARTY

Crispy chicken, lettuce leaves, kimchi, roasted portobello, yamitsuki cucumbers, shiso sauce and mango sauce.

         MA HOR  

Tender stewed pork cheek, stir-fried king crabs, peanuts, pineapple, roasted onion and chili.

Fried chicken gyozas, sprout salad, ponzu sauce and Japanese mayonnaise.

    PORK BELLY BUN

Miso-glazed pork belly, yamitsuki cucumber and garlic mayonnaise.

MISO SALMON

Miso-marinated salmon and tasty dashi broth seasoned with shiitake mushrooms. Served with a delicious rice noodle and papaya salad.
