Menu Mattai

 WAKAME UMAMI BROCCOLI
Wok-fried warm salad of wakame, broccoli, tomato and chili. Topped with peanuts and Japanese mayonnaise.

LOHISASHIMI

Salmon sashimi with warm garlic ponzu, roasted onion, Japanese mayonnaise, flying fish roe and fresh herbs. 

 BEEF TARTAR Tartare
seasoned with soy and garlic, served with shiso leaf and Japanese mayonnaise.

CHICKEN TORIKATSU PARTY

Crispy chicken, baby gem salad, kimchi, pickled radish, yamitsuki cucumbers, shiso & sesame dressing.
